I am Dr. Sheku. B. Kabba, founder and CEO of Socio Economic Pathway for Africa, America & Diaspora (SEPAAD) the website is http://www.sepaad.org. I have over 22 years of working experience in resource management, financial and fiscal resource allocation, business management training, strategic theories in finance, human capital management, and organizational growth strategy.
I graduated with a Doctorate in Business Administration DBA from Argosy University, Phoenix AZ, USA. – in 2015, with specialty in International Business, and hold a dual MBA in Human Resources - 2007 and Healthcare Management – 2006 from America Intercontinental University, Chicago IL USA. As a Business Development Director at Saint Barnabas Health Systems, I spent over 10yrs in planning, managing, training of staffs, forecasting and maintaining budget for new programs for each division and implementing major initiatives with Fortune 500 companies. I have extensively involved in training and directing high performance team in-line with all performance metrics and compliance regulations, conducted internal and external investigations to protect individual rights and provided performance improvement opportunities across the organization.
In retrospect, I am a scholar practitioner who is actively collaborating with cross-functional business partners, Identifying, developing, training and executing financial and strategic cooperation on business opportunities. During my career span, I have been supporting strategic organizational growth, whilst providing consultation and training for all levels of workforce on interim management services, finance, and operations management.
I have lived in 5 different countries (Canada, Singapore, Kenya, UK, and USA), worked in 6 other countries, and I am familiar with the varying cultures, work ethics, and nuances of the international market place. I have in depth knowledge of sourcing and program contract services as it relates to multiple industries, and have been responsible for large global engagements within geographically dispersed organizations. I possess multi-national management experience, and have personally developed and run 8 Program Management Offices in the past 8 years for various organizations, including all aspects of delivery such as operational, financial, strategic, commercial control, supply chain and vendor management.
